BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - The president of Western Kentucky
University said officials would make a decision by week's end on whether to punish members of a fraternity for possible psychological hazing.
President Gary Ransdell said university officials are conducting an investigation after police found a goat in the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity house last week during a party.
Police charged one student with cruelty to animals after they found the goat in a tiny room with no food or water. Some students told police the goat was going to be used for hazing.
